Meet Irashmi Bhattarai Malla - Owner

Irashmi came to DFW 10 years ago as a student and graduated with an MBA from UTA. She started working as a Project Manager soon after graduation and has been in DFW ever since. 


She is originally from the Himalayan country, Nepal. She started Pasture Ghee to bring the rich taste of ghee as she grew up enjoying in Nepal. Irashmi enjoys teaching yoga on weekends. She is happily married and has a three year old boy to love and cherish.  

Our Story

At Pasture Ghee, we use organic butter and make ghee in small batch using a family recipe. We encourage you to give Pasture Ghee a try in your everyday recipes and enjoy it's deep, nutty flavor in every bite.
